The physicians at Tierra Healthcare have the right to exercise their medical judgment in recommending medical marijuana for patients that suffer from medical conditions considered to be debilitating and chronic. The list below contains some of the more common conditions that would qualify a patient for the use of medical marijuana (in qualifying states).
Debilitating medical conditions & chronic medical conditions
While marijuana is still illegal at the federal level, many states have made marijuana legal for medicinal use. For patients to qualify for medical marijuana in these participating states, they must be diagnosed with a condition that meets their state’s list of conditions for medical marijuana.
Once a patient has visited a qualified medical marijuana doctor and been approved for medical marijuana, the patient can then legally purchase medical marijuana at authorized dispensaries.
